We are pain management - just bought C-Arm and able to do injections here in our office. Can i bill out Anesthesia-MAC for in-office procedures. 1 provider does the injection and the other provider is doing the sedation (both anesthesiologist) i'm not finding anything stating i can bill out for in office. we were using 99144-conscious sedation, but since both providers are anesthesiologist - we can use MAC - Can we bill in office : pos 11 - or is this for only pos 24 ASC?
